How Long Will It Take For my Order To Ship? TOP

Orders that are handmade upon order, normally take up to 21 business days. During the Holidays, expect up to 4-6 weeks for your items to be delivered. If you need an item sooner, please email us PRIOR to ordering to prevent any confusion. If you request and order a custom or personalized design, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@ifthebowfits.com and someone from our team will get back to you ASAP.

How Will My Order be Shipped? TOP

Items are mailed using either UPS or USPS depending on the size of the package. Each package is carefully packaged when shipped. If The Bow Fits will NOT be held responsible for an item after it ships. Insurance will cover any cost for lost packages or damage for an additional charge, but it is not included in our standard shipping charge. Once the package is shipped, If The Bow Fits Boutique is not responsible for giving refunds or replacing packages.

Do You Ship Internationally? TOP

If The Bow Fits Boutique accepts international orders. We charge a $17.40 fee for shipping internationally.  However, if you have a large order (over $75), we will ask you to cover your exact shipping costs prior to shipping.  We will let you know and will bill your account or send you an invoice before we will ship your package.  

Do You Accept Returns? TOP

All of our items are custom created and therefore, we are unable to accept returns, unless it is an error on our part. 

 Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed to the payment method you used. 

What Are Your Guidelines? TOP

Since all If The Bow Fits apparel is individually designed, made, packaged, and processed, there may be some discretions and variations varying from piece to piece.  Some variations may be, but not limited to: color variations from rhinestone and apparel color.  

The rhinestone design placement may vary from different piece to piece. Regarding sizes, sizes may vary as well.  We offer some fitted style and some relaxed styles, we have something for everyone.  If you are in question of sizing, please email us as well as do not hesitate to call to confirm sizing.  Exchanges will not be made for sizing differences, color variations, 
rhinestone placements, or any other variation.
